Vinyl Tap plays at Trail Town on April 19, 2024

The Yellow Springs band, Vinyl Tap, will make another appearance at Trail Town Brewing in Yellow Springs on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 7:30 - 9:30 PM. Vinyl Tap plays a mix of classic rock, soul, blues and jazz. Hope to see you there!!!

THE STUDIO revisited

Well it looks like it's been awhile since we last entertained the idea of opening up THE STUDIO to the art world. I just posted its (hopefully) post-covid revival on facebook - so here we are again. The previous posts here still apply, so if you have questions, comments or creative ideas for our newest community adventure - please drop us a line here on the blog, in an email, or (last resort) - on facebook. I'm not in the latter very often, but I may have to be. Thanks for stopping in!

Creative Ideas are Welcome at THE STUDIO

THE STUDIO is not open yet. But when it is closer to opening - post COVID challenges - we'll be discussing ideas for workshops and classes you'd like to take. We plan to teach but we'll be looking for other instructors as well. If you want to see examples of some of the workshops we've held in the past you can visit our other blogs (links on this site). We also posted some of them in "Links We Like." 

Note: If you are interested in teaching an Art (visual, performing, literary, etc.) class or workshop, you are welcome to pose an idea to us. You may email us a link to your website, or 4 - 6 small-file jpgs of the type of work you'd like to teach, some notes on your experience and an outline for what you're proposing. We're just getting ideas now - but if we decide to take it further we'll let you know. Thanks!
